However, the global spread of COVID-19 is affecting every one of us. Our carriers are making every effort to maintain normal service, however, you may experience temporary delays due to limited transportation availability.

USA & All Other Countries

  • A flat-rate shipping charge will automatically compute during check out prior to the completion of your order.
  • We are able to ship our products worldwide. Depending on the terms of our shipping partners, some areas may not be shipped.
  • Order will be shipped by Hong Kong Post e-Express.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Order usually take 7-14 business days to arrive once advised of dispatch. The exact delivery time frame may differed and is depends on origin, destination, and Post Office acceptance time.
  • If your order has not been delivered within the expected delivery time, please contact your local postal services using the postal tracking number provided in your shipping status email. If you are unable to locate your order, please contact us and we will gladly follow up on your behalf, to contact Hong Kong Post, it takes about 30-60 days. In case the successful delivery status or the attempted delivery status of an e-Express service item is still not displayed on the websites of destination postal administrations (or on the website of Hong Kong Post, whichever shows the latest status of a mail item) two month after the date of posting, the item will be considered a total loss. Once we confirmed the missing order, we will refund you the amount in accordance of Hong Kong Compensation Policy, for the amount of indemnity, please refer to https://hongkongpost.hk/en/faq_support/sending_mail/q141/index.html . The refund process of Hong Kong Post takes about 30 working days.
  • Order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. 
  • Any charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges. 
  • Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information. 
  • When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
  • **We cannot accept any return or exchange on overseas order.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Many of our shipping partners require signatures from the recipient, which we can't get when shipping to a P.O. Box.
  • If you have any special instruction, please specify in the remark column.
  • Order returned due to incorrect address/address of P.O. Box/absence of recipient/other personal reason, the recipient needs to bear the re-delivery service charges.
  • In the event of other force majeure factors (such as No.8 or above gale hoists or black rainstorm warning is in effect), delivery is postponed accordingly.
  • We will stock most of the items. However, the scheduled delivery time may be advanced  or delayed according to the order volume.

Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan

  • We offer FREE delivery on all orders above HKD350/TWD1400.
  • Order under HKD350/TWD1400, a delivery charge of HKD22/TWD85 shall apply.
  • Order will be scheduled for delivery within two working days (Except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) after payment is confirmed.
  • Order will be delivered by Hong Kong Post Registered Mail, SF-Express and U.C. Asia Courier (Hong Kong Only).
  • Order usually take 2-4 days to arrive once advised of dispatch. The exact delivery time frame may differ and is subjected to our delivery partners.
  • Self-pickup service from Convenience Store / SF's service points is now available by SF Express - Hong Kong and Macau S.F Service Points and Taiwan S.F. Service Points 7-11 FamilyMart (**Please provide a valid mobile number for receiving pick up notice via SMS.)
