We currently offer Free Delivery for orders over HKD360/TWD1474 for standard shipping/Smart Post Service. Kindly note that the product price does not include shipping fee.
We provide Smart Post Service for Hong Kong domestic delivery, service provided by Hong Kong Post. Customer can track your package on 24/7 online tracking platform (www.ec-ship.hk). Delivery takes 1-2 business day.
For Customer from Taiwan, Macau and China, we ship with reputable couriers, we do not deliver to P.O Boxes.
**Kindly note that Delivery to Taiwan: Please provide us you ID Number for custom clearance purpose.**
Please send us the receipt of the transaction for confirmation.
We would reply in 24 hours and ship the product within 2 days (exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays)
All the shipping risk would be bared by the buyers.
Refund and Exchange
- All products have been check before shipping.
- To avoid argument, please check the product immediately when customers received the mail.
- To request for refund or exchange regarding to products' quality and reasonable situation, please contact us within 3 Days after received the mail.
- More than 3 Days, all requests will not be considered.
Please note down those situations is reasonable for refund and exchange :
- Product is damaged.
- Size of product has more than 3cm error according to the product description from our website.
- Wrong product is delivered.
These situations DO NOT ACCEPT returns :
- Waiting period of delivering is too long.
- Receiving time delayed caused by shipping.
- Missing products' price tag or washing label.
- Product has been used or washed.
- Watch battery life.
- The watch is wears or alteration to the case, strap, bracelet and crystal (lens), as well as water damage, unless marked "water resistant".
- The watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship.
- Exchange and refund period expired.
- Personal reasons, for instance : very small area of stain, fabric is not good as imagine.
- Measured error less than or equal to 3cm. Fabric and measured way may be different with other or there are measured errors.
- Customers damage the product by them selves.
- Other shop is cheaper.
- Product did not have the problem that customer mentioned when they request.
- Chromatic aberration, the color reveals on every monitor may be different and lighting of shooting may affect the color also.
- Beauty product.
- Promotion or discount product.
Request for Refund or Exchange
Customers are expected to send the product back with well packing and safe way. Moreover, please note the order number and contact number on the packing. Our address is Room B, 19/F Yun Kai Building, 466 Nathan Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
- We would like to provide "3-days guaranteed return policy" , but related charges paid by customers (Except wrong product).
- Risk of using Surface Parcel incurred by customers, we suggested selecting speed post or pay extra service like registration.
- Confirmation letter will be sent via E-MAIL/SMS once we received the parcel.Refund or Exchange procedure normally takes 3-5 working days.
